Supervision

Brighton Psychology Clinic can provide supervision for trainees, students, or qualified psychological therapists. Nicky and John have specialist knowledge in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eating Disorders, and Trauma.

They are passionate about the important role supervision can play in the therapeutic process, and the professional and personal development of the therapist.

Supervision can involve a variety of techniques including discussion and reflection, teaching and guidance, role-play, and feedback on audio recordings.

Supervision can also involve time thinking about personal issues that therapists may bring into their work, and reflection on how to work with these.
